There are myriad review services out there, many are free. How can a paid service, like Angie’s List, survive and thrive? Here are some thoughts.

(note: I’m not a paying member of Angie’s List, and I’m not here discrediting Angie’s List. I’m more looking at the business model, and making some guesses. This is an ‘open-ended’ post, where I just kind of think out loud.)
